The Ambassador of the Republic of Malta to Bosnia and Herzegovina, H.E. Prof. Lino Bianco, presented Letters of Credence to H.E. Dr Denis Bećirović, Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on 6 September 2024, at the Office of the Presidency in Sarajevo.
The presentation of credentials was preceded by the Ambassador presenting the Copie d’Usage to the Head of Diplomatic Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 5 September 2024.
During his visit in Sarajevo, Ambassador Bianco met with the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps and the Vice President of the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina with discussions held on the potential areas for further collaboration between the two countries.
Meetings were also held with the public universities located in the capital, namely the University of Sarajevo and the University of East Sarajevo, with respect to prospective collaboration with institutions of tertiary education in Malta.
