On 15 March 2024, H.E. Jeffrey Curmi presented his Letters of Credentials as Malta’s Permanent Representative to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) to H.E. Fernando Arias, Director General of the OPCW. Following the official ceremony, Ambassador Jeffrey Curmi had a cordial discussion with Director General Fernando Arias, in which they exchanged views on possible areas of cooperation and engagement whilst also delving into the current challenges within the OPCW.
Ambassador Jeffrey Curmi was accompanied by Mr Matthew Grima – Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Malta in The Hague.
