Legalisations:

Legalisation is a process of document authentication observed by international governments. When the country in which you intend to use your document has not signed the Apostille Treaty, a legalisation is required.  Any document which is to be used overseas has to be legalised by local authorities before it can be considered valid. Each country has its own legalisation requirements determined by the type of document being legalised and its intended use.

Email consul.london@gov.mt for further information and to book an appointment.

Administration of Oaths / Affidavits:

In the Administration of Oaths / Affidavits, the Commissioner for Oaths witnesses the signing and swearing of a document. A Commissioner for Oaths is a person with power to administer oaths or take affidavits.

Email consul.london@gov.mt for further information and to book an appointment.

Certify True Copies:

To certify a document as a true copy of the original, is getting it signed and dated by a professional person. When applying for certain services such as getting married in a foreign country, you may be asked to provide documents that are certified as true copies of the original.

Is it important that for all services, customers email their requests to consul.london@gov.mt
